So I know it’s not the 6th of Feb. but I’m feeling pretty good about my body. Not enough to really weigh myself because I fear the scale but here’s an update. It’s not too much of a difference, you can see my stretchmarks disappearing also my flab-pad is slowly shrinking.
I only walk / job 4-6 miles a week or play kinect for xbox and eat very lightly. I also take plenty of vitamins because my calorie intake is between 600-900 a day.

For yesterday’s food consumption & exercise, today is Sunday & this is going to be my take - it - easy - girlie day! Maybe some kinect play-time, but besides that I’m gonna sit on my butt & rest. ( :

Sorry I’ve been MIA the last 2-3 days, I’ve been walking / jogging / working / &going to night school (SO EXHAUSTED!). But I am happy to say I’ve done 7 miles within the last few days, it’s not much— but it’s 7 more miles then I would’ve done if I were just laying around. Anyway, I got a little off my diet eating a hand-full of salt n’ vinegar chips. Yep, their absolutely fucking delicious & I love them, but instead of feeling guilty I just laughed it off & went walking. Burned 832 calories last night alone, not a lot but I am a big girl getting into the process of healthy living OKAY? So don’t judge me. (:
Also, seems the Vegan detox will also have to wait another day because my daddy made his famous chili & gave me a pot full. Seeing as I hate wasting food, even more so the kind my daddy makes esp. for me I’ll have that for lunch & dinner tonight, it’s actually very healthy but I eat it with crackers. Guess I’ll just have to make my own whole wheat crackers tonight?

Works amazingly, I cannot wait to start everything— waiting until tomorrow not becaise I’m lazy but tomorrow is grocery shopping dayyyyyyyyyy~ I am going to stay away from the middle of the store sticking only to high fiber items & veggies / fruits. Also going to buy some POM because I hear the antioxidents help in burning unwanted fat,
